We wanted to share some amazing pictures of our weekend trip to Marquette, Michigan in early May. We visited Marquette to attend our niece's graduation from Northern Michigan University. Marquette is a lovely coastal town, with miles of beaches, gorgeous views of Lake Michigan, and a historic old downtown. As you can see, the leaves were just starting to come on to the trees. Here are some of our favorites:

And, can you believe it??? A Big Boy restaurant. We ate there twice.
We had a great time. The weather was nice for Northern Michigan in early May...a slight breeze off the lake, about 45 degrees, and a beautiful blue sky.
